Create a journey lane, name it live with the team, then drag process tiles from the library into the lane. Order left to right is the sequence. A process can sit in more than one journey. Timing is set separately on the Timeline tab, so journeys here carry no date.

Define your timeline here. Add, rename and reorder milestones to match the dates you are working to, then drag each journey under the milestone when its sequence will be ready. The small bar shows the PoC mix of a journey's processes, so a journey gated by non-core work is visible at a glance. Nothing is fixed, edit the milestones freely.
